We also strive for a more open feedback culture and more honest and open dealings between people in the form of personal on-site workshops and training sessions.

Stress Management Seminar

In our digital fast-paced world, illnesses such as burn-outs are increasingly becoming the reason for long-term sick days and absences.
To prevent this from happening in the first place, we offer stress management courses and seminars in which we and our team of experts demonstrate simple preventative methods and approaches and perform breathing exercises to strengthen the mental health of participants.

Team Building Workshop

Team building workshops focus on relationships and collaboration. We want to strengthen and promote teams by developing common goals and values as well as a shared team identity. We achieve this primarily through joint activities, games, creative projects and initiatives for a good cause. We therefore not only organise our workshops in traditional seminar rooms, but also outdoors (in the forest, climbing garden, art studios, etc.).
